Southward Community Sports Park opened in May of 2017 and recent improvements were made in order to host softball competitions of the 2022 Canada Games. The park features 4 Baseball Diamonds (2 Lit), 5 full sized Soccer Fields (2 Lit), 2.5km of walking trails, a dog park, playground, and bocce ball courts.
