Team Niagara
Niagara is not a single city or municipality. It is a team of 13 – the Regional Municipality of Niagara and 12 local municipalities. It’s a community of 450,000 enthusiasts. Often referred to as Team Niagara, while each of the 13 municipalities host sporting events and sport programs on their own, most often they come together as one unified team. The unparalleled collaboration of Team Niagara to host the 2022 Canada Games has made way for continued cooperation between Niagara’s municipalities. Working together – Growing together.
